Arizona Trip 2011

Makenzie and Kaylie's first plane ride.  They had a lot of fun and talked the whole way!  They each had a window seat and enjoyed looking at the little houses and cars.  When we landed they met one of the pilots.  They were amazed by all of the buttons.  Their favorite part was when we landed.
The first thing we did was shopping!  Makenzie had birthday money to spend.  They took a ride on the two story merry-go-round with Grandpa Ron and Dad.
After a few hours of shopping they sat with Grandpa while the rest of us shopped a little more.
 Movie Stars!
While visiting Grandma and Grandpa in Mesa we went to a dance at their parks club house.  They were the only children in attendance and we were they only people under 55 at the dance.  The girls enjoyed all of the attention from all of the grandmas and grandpas.

The girls drawing for door prizes.
While Kaylie was getting ready one morning she was putting on lotion in the bathroom with Grandma.  I passed by and said Kaylie the lotion should only go on the bumps not all over your face.  She says, I don't know where the bumps are.  I said okay go ahead an put it all over.  When I left she told Grandma, good thing she's a good mom.  Grandma laughed and then Kaylie said, You didn't see that coming did ya!
We all had so much fun!
 Go Cowboys!!!!!!!
The Cowboys lost in overtime and Miles Austin didn't play because of an injury, but it was a fun time at the game.
Makenzie's 4-H project.  She took pictures of objects three different times of the day.

After Zoolights we snuggled up and went right to sleep.
We visited an old mining town on our way up to Tortilla Flats.
The weather was cooler than usually but we were still able to swim in the heated pool.
